Summer Beach Circles return to Kettle Cove in Cape Elizabeth!
At this idyllic location, tap into the healing power of Nature and join like-minded souls to share the wisdom and magic of a women’s circle.
Here’s what’s happening:
July: Water Series
Self-Discovery and Empowerment. Gain confidence to speak your truth when it comes to the direction your life will take, who you will spend your precious time with, and what obligations you will do.
Experience three oceanside women’s circles where you and other like-minded women create a community of support and learning. We’ll practice mindfulness techniques including setting healthy boundaries, developing firm compassion, using breathwork as a stress management tool and manifesting a dream or desire.
In addition to the three group gatherings is an individual, one-to-one consultation where you can explore an issue for guidance from a certified life coach with Reiki training.
