You need to be fully committed to the coaching scholarship! Be prepared to attend weekly sessions by phone or video call. You’ll set goals, identify obstacles and map out a plan to overcome them, and create lasting solutions. I incorporate mindfulness techniques such as breathwork, guided meditations and energy work.
